WebKit is slowly taking over the world
Well, maybe not yet, but the open source heart of Apple's Safari Browser is not only in OS X (Leopard and Tiger) and the new (and rather nice) Windows version of Safari, but also of course in the iPhone and iTouch.
What's not as well known is that it's also the Browser engine for Android, Google's new phone platform. But of course Android is quite another subject.
For us Mac fans this is good news as Safari moves up the ranks from unknown to at least the "other, other browser."
